Meso-Microneedling - For when your skin needs more than a facial

Meso-microneedling is best suited to skin that needs regeneration rather than relaxation.
We often recommend it for:
Dehydrated skin (skin that always feels tight, dull or drinks up moisturiser quickly)
Early signs of ageing (fine lines, skin starting to feel less firm)
Uneven tone or texture (rough patches, enlarged pores, skin that doesn’t feel smooth)
Post-acne scarring (marks left behind even after breakouts have cleared)
Especially for clients who want natural results that build over time, rather than instant but temporary fixes.

What Is Meso-Microneedling?
Meso-microneedling combines two powerful approaches in one treatment:
Microneedling
(tiny controlled micro-channels that tell your skin to produce more collagen and elastin — the things that keep skin firm and bouncy)
Mesotherapy
(skin-specific serums delivered deeper than creams can reach — chosen for what your skin actually needs)
By pairing the two, we’re not just encouraging your skin to renew itself —we’re feeding it the right ingredients to do that job properly.
How Is Meso-Microneedling Different from Standard Microneedling?
This is a really common question, and an important one!
Traditional microneedling mainly focuses on collagen stimulation. Meso-microneedling goes a step further by tailoring the treatment to your skin.
During your session, we select mesotherapy serums based on what your skin needs most:
Hydration (skin looks tired or crepey)
Brightening (dull or uneven skin tone)
Calming inflammation (redness, sensitivity, reactive skin)
Improving texture (roughness, enlarged pores, post-acne marks)
In clinic, we use meso-microneedling to help with:
Dull or tired-looking skin (skin that looks flat or lifeless, even with makeup)
Fine lines and early ageing (especially around the eyes, mouth and forehead)
Dehydration & loss of elasticity (skin feeling looser or less firm)
Uneven texture or tone (bumpy, rough or patchy skin)
Post-acne marks & mild scarring (skin that hasn’t smoothed out after breakouts)

Who Is Meso-Microneedling Best For?
This treatment is ideal if:
You want visible skin improvement, not just relaxation
Your skin feels “stuck”, even with good skincare
You’re not ready for injectables, but want more than a facial
You want natural results that improve gradually, not overnight changes
It’s suitable for most skin types and can be adapted for:(sensitive skin, hormonal changes, stress-related skin, or seasonal flare-ups)
What Happens During the Treatment?
Every meso-microneedling session begins with a proper skin assessment and no two treatments are exactly the same.
Your appointment includes:
Thorough cleansing and skin preparation
Controlled microneedling to stimulate renewal
Infusion of tailored mesotherapy serums
Calming and barrier supporting aftercare
The treatment itself is very tolerable. You may experience some redness afterwards (similar to a mild sunburn), but this typically settles within 24–48 hours.

When Will I See Results?
Most clients notice:
Improved glow & hydration within days
Smoother texture within a couple of weeks
Gradual firmness & clarity building over time
For best results, meso-microneedling is usually done as a course, with maintenance sessions depending on your goals.
A Note from Sylvia
“Some skin needs a gentle push, not a drastic change. Meso-microneedling is one of my favourite treatments because it supports the skin rather than forcing it. By combining collagen stimulation with targeted ingredients, we’re giving the skin exactly what it needs to heal, strengthen and glow — in a really natural way. It’s ideal for clients who want long-lasting improvement, not quick fixes.”
Frequently Asked Questions About Meso-Microneedling
Is there downtime? Redness for 1–2 days is common, but most clients return to normal activities quickly.
Does it hurt? It’s very manageable. Depth and technique are always adjusted to your comfort.
How many sessions will I need? Some people see results after one session, but a course delivers deeper, longer-lasting changes.
Can I combine it with other treatments? Yes — it works beautifully alongside skin boosters, peels (at the right time), and bespoke facials.
